AgiCAD exists because most software projects fail in predictable ways — vague scopes, junior teams behind senior rates, and months of "progress" with nothing to click.
We built the agency we'd want to hire: a small group of senior engineers and designers who write the proposals, write the code, and answer the phone. No account-manager layer, no hand-offs, no telephone game between you and the people building your product.
We work with startup founders and product teams who have something real on the line. That means we'd rather tell you "don't build this yet" than bill you for it — the relationships that come back are worth more than the invoices that don't.

Every week ends with software you can click. Status meetings without a running build are theater — we don't do theater.
