about
One developer who takes shipping personally.
I'm Toni Ilić — a senior software developer with 10+ years of building production systems. AgiCAD is my studio. When you hire it, you hire me: the person who writes the proposal, writes the code, and answers your email.
I started it because most software projects fail in predictable ways — vague scopes, junior teams behind senior rates, and months of "progress" with nothing to click. Working with one experienced developer end to end removes the account-manager layer, the hand-offs, and the telephone game between you and the person actually building your product.
I work with startup founders and product teams who have something real on the line. That means I'd rather tell you "don't build this yet" than bill you for it — the relationships that come back are worth more than the invoices that don't.
export const principles = { builder: "one senior developer", demos: "weekly, clickable", scope: "fixed & in writing", jargon: false, surprises: false, // especially on invoices handover: "docs your next hire will thank me for", };
02 — how I operate
The rules I don't break.
Plain words, always
Proposals, updates, and documentation in language a non-engineer can read. If I can't explain it simply, I don't understand it well enough.
Show, don't tell
Every week ends with software you can click. Status meetings without a running build are theater — I don't do theater.
Say no early
If a feature, a deadline, or a whole project is a bad idea, you'll hear it from me in week one — not discover it in month four.
Build for the next team
Clean code, real tests, honest docs. Success is your future in-house team inheriting my work without cursing my name.
