Overview

SlashKeys is a comparison engine for PC game keys. It aggregates offers from key sellers and official stores, normalizes seller and edition data, and routes users through tracked outbound links when affiliate approvals are available.

The Challenge

Game key sellers change page structures, regional availability, price display rules, and anti-bot behavior frequently. The platform needed resilient offer storage, safe fallback labels for stale prices, and a clear path to monetize through seller-specific affiliate programs without breaking user trust.

Our Solution

• Seller and offer schema designed for global, EU, and regional game key editions.
• Price correctness guards that avoid showing misleading live prices when seller pages cannot be verified.
• Affiliate metadata per seller, including application status, account email, network, and URL templates.
• Outbound click service that falls back to canonical seller URLs until affiliate approval is complete.
