Overview

UslugeHR is a service marketplace platform for the Croatian market that connects customers with service providers. Users can browse services, request quick quotes, book appointments, and pay online. Service providers can manage their profiles, respond to inquiries, and process payments through the platform.

The Challenge

Building a two-sided marketplace required designing separate experiences for customers and providers, implementing a booking and quoting system, handling payments with proper commission splits, and building verification workflows for service providers. The platform also needed a blog, newsletter management, and financial product integrations.
